ORTHOPEDIC AND SPORTS INJURY
Orthopedic injuries can happen anywhere and anytime. These injuries could be from any activity, for example: a fall, lifting, vehicle accident, work, recreational activity, or from a neurological event or condition.
If you are a youth, recreational, collegiate, or professional athlete who is injured, you need a skilled physical therapist with experience rehabilitating your injuries. Athletes place higher demands on their muscles and joints and require sport-specific training to recover speed, power, and agility in a safe and effective way after injury.
Some workers have jobs that are very physical and can often cause overuse injuries as well as sprains and strains. Other workers need ergonomic adjustments to eliminate stress on the body and prevent injuries and pain.
